• “Client” refers to any individual or organization seeking domestic staff or property services.

• “Candidate” refers to any person applying for domestic work, locally or abroad.

• “Services” includes domestic staffing, overseas placement, and property facilitation.

• All domestic workers provided are vetted to the best of our ability. However, the final hiring decision lies with the client.

• Clients must treat workers with respect and comply with Kenya’s labour laws, including fair payment and humane working conditions.

• A one-time placement fee will apply upon successful recruitment. This fee is non-refundable once the worker has been placed and accepted.

• We offer a free replacement guarantee within the first 30 days if the worker is found unsuitable, provided there is no breach of agreement or mistreatment.

• Overseas job applicants must meet the qualifications and health requirements as determined by partnering foreign agencies and immigration authorities.

• The agency only works with licensed and verified international recruitment partners.

• We do not charge candidates illegal fees or withhold documents. Any complaints must be reported immediately.

• Job availability, salaries, and conditions are subject to change based on country-specific laws and employer terms.

• The agency acts only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers of plots and houses.

• Clients must perform due diligence before completing any transaction. Neema Komarocks Agency does not offer legal or financial guarantees on property listings.

• All property information provided is subject to change and should be independently verified.

• Clients and candidates must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.

• Unauthorized use of the website or misrepresentation will result in denial of service and possible legal action.
